The Colette Residences
The Colette Residences building located on Manantiales beach, Montevideo, Uruguay, was designed to grow in height as it moves away from the sea.
Developed by Estudio Ramos, with offices in Buenos Aires and New York, this architectural firm sought the best materials and finishes that respect the principles of sustainable architecture.
To equip the bathrooms of the 46 flats, this office chose the SLIM INOX and SLIM WHITE flush plates to promote the simplistic language. The OLI120 PLUS, OLI74 PLUS in-wall flushing cisterns and frame for bidet were also contemplated in this residential development, reflecting the respect for nature and the environment.
